Who we are

uCrypto is a brand of UQG Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. In these terms, "we" means UQG Limited and "you" means the person buying or spending tokens.

What tokens are

Tokens are a prepaid way to pay at merchants we have approved. You buy them by card at face value, with no purchase fee, and spend them on a checkout page we host at ucrypto.co.

Tokens only go one way

• You buy tokens by card, and you spend them at approved merchants.
• No cash-out. Tokens cannot be withdrawn or turned back into cash, except by a refund of unspent tokens as described below.
• No sending to other people. Tokens cannot be sent, transferred, sold or given to another person or account.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund of tokens you have not spent. A refund goes only to the card you paid with, and only within the refund window of your market. The final version of these terms for each market will state that window.

A payment to a merchant is between you and the merchant. If something you bought is not as agreed, ask the merchant first, then use our complaints route.
