Token acceptance
Take tokens at checkout. Keep the evidence.
A hosted redemption page and a drop-in button. Customers pay with uCrypto tokens on a page we host, so card details never reach your website, and every redemption produces a notice that can be used if a customer disputes it.

How token acceptance works
-
Hosted redemption
Your server creates a redemption for the order. The customer confirms it on a page we host at ucrypto.co and returns to your website. You and the customer each receive a redemption notice naming your business and the tokens used.
-
Drop-in button
Add a "Pay with uCrypto" button to your checkout. It opens the hosted redemption for the redemption your server created, so there is no payment page for you to build.
-
Disputes with evidence
Customers buy tokens from us, so a card dispute on a purchase comes to uCrypto. We gather the evidence: the purchase receipt, the card check made at purchase, the redemption notices and the ledger record. You see disputes on tokens you received, for information, and we may ask you for delivery evidence. Whether any dispute cost can pass to you will be set out in your agreement and the published fees.
