This website

This website has no forms, no analytics and no tracking, and it sets no cookies. Our hosting provider handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages. See the cookie policy.

When you use tokens

When the wallet opens, we will use:

• your name, email address and the identity checks your market requires;
• the card you pay with, handled by our card processor, a separate company; we keep only what we need to refund to that card;
• your token purchases, payments to merchants and refunds.

We use this to run your account, meet our legal duties, prevent fraud and handle disputes. We share it only with the merchant you pay, the service providers who help us run uCrypto, and authorities where the law requires. We keep it for as long as the law of your market requires, and no longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
